<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4>新房终于在08年06月08号拿到钥匙。在此之前，恰巧有同事正在装修，他极力推荐我们在装修中引进全程监理，有了全程监理，省心省力更省钱，我们听从建议，也选择建工监理（蒋工做为价格监理，邓工做为质量监理）。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4></FONT></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4>果然，在验房那天，我们的质量监理邓工来验房，就找出了多处空鼓，后来通知物业，物业也进行修补，为我们今后的装修有个良好的质量打下好的基础，我们也体会到了质量监理的好处。<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em60.gif" border=0 smilieid="67"> </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4>而后的日子就是选主材，选装修公司，定下了东鹏地砖，欧神若墙砖，西蒙开关，欧林水槽，方太油烟机和灶具，科勒洁具，林内燃气热水器和热水循环系统，汉斯希尔前后置净水装置，摩恩龙头，美高橱柜。还有一些东西待定。</FONT></STRONG></P>
<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4></FONT></STRONG>&nbsp;</P>
<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=4>而在选装修公司的时候却遇到了传说中的JS，报了个天价，吓得我们不敢和他们谈价格，只好逃之夭夭。而后就海选装修公司，看了上团网的txm装修日记，经过多方比较和考察，最后选择了中盛装饰，敲定了他们优秀的工作团队，在这其中，蒋工也认真严格帮我们把握了工艺质量和价格关。中盛的冯总也是个实在人，报价合理，提出很好的装修建议，也是促成我们合作的基础，毕竟，做事还要先从做人开始。<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em18.gif" border=0 smilieid="62"> </FONT></STRONG></P>

<P><STRONG><FONT face=仿宋_GB2312 size=5><FONT size=4>装修公司确定下来后，我们就选日子，姑姑帮我们选在8月7号这天，凌晨5点48分，3荤3素，祭拜土地公，做为新房装修的开始，而后在8月10号，我们和监理邓工，中盛装修的冯总，设计师小金，工程主管邬工，水电工陆师傅在8点58正式开工，今天定下了水电位置，阳台封窗，搬霸的价格，在物业办了开工手续，真是忙碌的半天。</FONT><IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" border=0 smilieid="51"> <IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.wuxi.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" border=0 smilieid="51"> </FONT></STRONG></P>
